ＲＣ系列機器人型材自動切割線由：上、下料系統(tǒng)、伺服送料系統(tǒng)、機器人切割站、切割系統(tǒng)、

除塵系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)、排料系統(tǒng)等七大部分組成。適用于H型鋼、矩形管、方管、槽鋼、角鋼等型材

的楔頭、斜頭、內(nèi)孔、端面等多種形狀切割，大幅提高 工件精度和工作效率，有效降低生產(chǎn)成本。

可廣泛應(yīng)用于工程機械、礦山機械、農(nóng)業(yè)機械、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、汽車行業(yè)等眾多行業(yè)的型材切割加工。

RC Series Robot Section Bar Automatic Cutting Line is composed by the following seven major 

components: Automatic Loading & Unloading System, Servo Feeding System, Robot Cutting 

Station, Cutting Control System, Dust Removal System, Electronic Control System and Nesting 

System. It is suitable for cutting H-beam, rectangular pipe, square pipe, channel steel, angle steel 

and other profiles wedge, oblique head, bore, face and so on, greatly improving workpiece precision 

and work efficiency, effectively reducing production cost. Can be widely used in construction machinery,

 mining machinery, agricultural machinery, steel structure, the automotive industry, and many other 

sectors of the profile cutting.
